Covid-19
Corona Covid-19 is a virological disease originating in Wuhan, China.
The disease is caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus. In some cases Covid-19 can lead to vascular and pulmonary conditions and in extreme cases even to death.
The main complaints that often occur with COVID-19 are:
Common old symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, sore throat)

Covid-19 antibodies
What does that mean?
When you are sick, your body makes antibodies against the virus, which will protect your body from the virus in the future. So if you have had Covid-19 you will probably be less likely to catch it in the future and become less ill. This is called immunity. These substances can be measured in the blood.
The test itself is nothing to worry about. The blood is taken with a finger prick (about 2 drops of blood) and is only used to do the test. We cannot detect other diseases or measure substances with our test. You will receive the results at the end of the day and then you already know whether you may have this protection!
Covid-19 antigenen
What does that mean?
When you carry the virus, it is demonstrably located in the back of the pharynx. Antigens are the proteins that are on the skin of the virus. We can tap these proteins with a swab and then detect their presence with one of our tests.
This test can be considered tedious. Our testers have to get to the site of the virus with a swab through the nasal cavity. Furthermore, there are no side effects of the test. You will receive the result as soon as we can share it with you. In case of a positive result, this can be within 20 minutes, so you can prevent possible spread very quickly.
PCR-test
What does that mean?
A PCR test or polymerase chain reaction test attempts to detect the presence of virus genetic material. As humans have DNA, the Covid-19 virus has RNA which is unique to that particular virus. By copying this RNA very often in the lab, it can be demonstrated with high certainty in the lab. This makes the PCR test more sensitive than the antigen test and makes it possible to travel abroad with it.
This test can be considered tedious. Our testers have to get to the site of the virus with a rod through the nasal cavity. In addition, a smear is taken from the throat. Other than that, there are no side effects of the test. You will receive the result as soon as we can share it with you. This is generally within 24 hours.
